The Best Things In Life

The best things in life,
Are through all means of way,
From the God who has created,
With His mercy each day.

The best things in life,
Never come too often,
At times they'd just leave,
Without notification.

The best things in life,
We often seek with dismay,
When actually it's already there,
God gave in the other way.

The best things in life,
Might be the most ordinary,
When finally it got lost,
It was as if the most valuable jewellery.

The best things in life,
Are pleasures we get everyday,
The moment u'd feel thankful,
Is the moment they're been taken away.

The best things in life,
Are always the most dearly,
So keep them really close,
They might one day leave early.

The best things in life,
Are from The Creator of all,
Never ours to be proud of,
For God can vanish them all.

I don't usually value poems of any sort, I think poems are too wordy and has too many isi-isi tersirat. Deciphering double meanings is not my cup of tea, I tend to view things as it is, take in what people say word for word. But when someone you know writes one, lagi-lagi ur own sibling, somehow the poem becomes sweet and meaningful and cherishable.
